Thorpe Park Trip 2010

In September, forty pupils from the Year 10 Business Studies group went to Thorpe Park in Surrey to uncover the business secrets of the the Theme Park. The pupils spent time going around the park doing surveys and answering questions about the  working of the park. They also enjoyed an enlightening forty - five minute talk from one of the managers at the Park, explaining the many different facets of how business is conducted and the promotion used to advertise the new Saw ride and Maze. There was also enough time left to discover the delights of some of the rides they had been researching. All pupils are now looking forward to their next big Business Studies adventure when they visit New York in May 2011.
