Business Studies New York Trip 2012
We are delighted we have been able to offer our Year 10 Business Studies pupils the trip of a life time to New York. This trip will be great experience for the pupils; they have the opportunity to find out how a business is run in America and how big a department store like Macy's became such a huge successful concern. Listed below are all the details of the trip and some wonderful events that are lined up:
- 4 nights' accommodation at the Comfort Inn Hotel
- Breakfast each morning ( continental )
- Empire State Building visit
- Ellis Island & Statue of Liberty visit
- Macy's Department Store business talk and guided tour
- Shopping in 5th Avenue
- Guided tour of the Financial district on foot ( including Wall Street )
- Visit to Ground Zero
- Tickets for a show on Broadway
- Time Square sightseeing and Planet Hollywood meal
- Half day sightseeing tour by coach
We will be taking twenty - five pupils and three teachers on this trip and I'm sure it will a huge success.
