Every year we hold a Parents' Evening for each year group. This is a vital opportunity for parents to meet their child's teachers and receive specific feedback on their academic development and progress. We strongly encourage the children to attend the evening too, as it is an opportunity for us both to motivate pupils and congratulate them on their progress.

Pupils will take home a letter of invitation to the Parents' Evening and a booking sheet two weeks before the event. (These letters and booking sheets will also be available on the website). Parents are asked to identify the first five priority appointments and tick all other subject teachers they would also like to see. It is the responsibility of the pupil to make appointments with the staff that the parents have identified. Teachers make appointments by writing their name in a five minute time slot on the booking sheet. Teachers try to leave a five minute gap on the booking sheet to enable parents to get to their next appointment. However, this may not always be possible and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.

The evening runs from 4 pm - 7 pm and takes place in the main building. If you have any concerns or questions about the evening parents are asked to contact the Year Leader directly.
