Basketball

We have a high uptake in our basketball teams across the year groups both boys and girls, and both Mr Wylie and Mr Bird take the sessions along with guest coaches from Hampshire County Council.

Mr Bird and Mr Wylie have helped The Westgate School basketball teams continue their success into the Spring term. U14 Boys have had a very successful record this season, they are pictured below as plate winners. Well done boys!

 

U15 Girls County Champions. The girls have had a fantastic season so far, ending in a county final against Admiral Lord Nelson on the 15th March and they won 50-49! Well done girls!
