A Feast for the Eyes: Highlights from Food Tech

Year 7 have been creating colourful and nutritious Hawaiian poke bowls and Year 9 have been learning about dextrinisation and caramelisation, demonstrating this in their Tarte Tatin and "tear and share" star bread. Great work!
