Pupil Premium and Catch Up Statement
The Pupil Premium Grant is additional funding provided by the government to support the academic progress of pupils in key groups, in order to close the gap in attainment between them and their peers. The DFE has given schools the freedom to deploy the Pupil Premium according to our knowledge of pupils' needs.
The Catch-up Premium provides additional funding to support the attainment and progress to Year 7 pupils who start secondary school with Key Stage 2 scores in reading and mathematics which are below age-related expectations. To view the Year 7 Catch Up Premium 2019- 2020 please click here.
