We are a group made up of pupils from across the school in which we are trying to promote awareness around equality and diversity. Each week when we meet, we work on different projects from things such as assemblies on national events like 'Black History Month' to tutor resources for 'International Women's Day' or 'Men's Mental Health Awareness Month.' We have also had bake sales to raise money for a range of charities, created the Westgate World Map showing our links to different countries across the world and have in the past established links with partner schools in countries such as Bangladesh.
