Year 5 Pupils take over Food Technology to produce seriously scrumptious scones

We were thrilled to welcome all our Year 5 pupils for a special Food Technology lesson!
Rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in; they measured, mixed, shaped, and baked their way to some seriously scrumptious scones – light, golden, and full of flavour!
One of the many benefits of being an all-through school is that our primary pupils get the chance to explore specialist facilities and be taught by our expert secondary teachers – giving them a head start and a taste of what’s to come!
A huge well done to every Year 5 who took part – your enthusiasm and teamwork were brilliant. We hope you're as proud of your scones as we are!
