Top marks for The Westgate School
The Westgate School is very pleased to once again be one of the top performing schools in Hampshire for attainment. This year’s Attainment 8 (A8) score is 59.7—the second highest of all state schools in the county, with the highest being 59.8. The A8 is a measure of the eight highest GCSE grades from a balanced and broad range of academic subjects, with additional weighting for English and Maths. This achievement is a result of our pupils’ hard work and the excellent support
